FROM RAW MATERIAL TO RELIABLE STRENGTH
Step-by-step metallurgical transformation engineered for consistency, purity, and dimensional precision.
RAW MATERIAL SELECTION
Strict chemical verification of virgin sponge iron, premium pig iron, and low-residual scrap to maintain low phosphorus and sulphur content from the start.
STEEL MAKING & REFINING
Melting in high-capacity furnaces followed by secondary Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF) treatment for precise deoxidation and synthetic slag desulphurization.
CONTINUOUS CASTING (CCM)
Liquid steel is cast through curved-mould Continuous Billet Casters (CCM) with electromagnetic stirring, producing dense billets without internal cavities.
CONTINUOUS ROLLING
Billets pass through automated continuous rolling stands with computerized tension control and carbide finishing rolls with precision CNC rib grooves.
THERMO-MECHANICAL QUENCHING
Hot rolled bars pass through the proprietary high-pressure water quenching box. The surface rapidly transforms to martensite while the core remains austenitic.
SELF-TEMPERING & COOLING
Residual heat from the ductile core flows outward, tempering the outer martensite rim. Bars are then air-cooled on automated rake-type cooling beds.
COLD SHEARING & TESTING
Automated in-line cold flying shears cut bars to precise commercial lengths. Random sample specimens undergo immediate UTM mechanical and bend testing.
PACKAGING & DISPATCH
Uniform bundling with metal strapping, weatherproof tagging, barcoding, and systematic warehouse loading onto logistics carriers for nationwide dispatch.
